Viewfinder Travel, LLC specializes in customized, boutique, luxury travel, which often requires many hours of research to make sure we create a trip to fit your specific needs. Some luxury hotels pay travel designers a commission, however, most smaller, boutique hotels do not. As such, Viewfinder's fees for research and expert advice are priced to allow for recommendations which are based on your preferences and not on commission incentives.

Running Start - 2 hour consultation: $150
I will provide my expert advice and answer questions based on your travel preferences and desires for your destination(s). Alternatively, you may use my expertise for research on one area of your trip (lodging, activities) and I will send you a customized and curated selection of hotels, resorts, etc.
Flying Start- 5 hour consultation: $350
Instead of spending 50 hours sifting through Expedia and TripAdvisor, some clients simply need help sifting through information to start their travel planning. This 5-hour package will provide you with my expertise and research services for your destination(s), taking your budget, interests, travel profile and desires into consideration. A final deliverable usually includes a selection of hotels, sights, food experiences, insider tips, logistics, shopping, and more, based on your specific needs and profile. In many instances, I can offer perks such as upgrades, discounts, late checkouts and more.
Jet Setter: $500
This package includes a Flying Start consultation and deliverable, plus an additional 2 hours of Viewfinder custom travel design services to pencil out an itinerary, do extra research, or answer follow up questions (for a maximum of 8 emails).

Itinerary Completion- $200
If you have already organized your trip, Viewfinder will review of the details of your itinerary to make sure your timing, transfers, and activities will flow smoothly, and put your plans together in a customized itinerary with all details, hyperlinks and maps. If any of your hotels are in the Fora network, we will help procure any perks from our global network of partners that may be available.

This is a curated trip itinerary, expertly researched and customized for you based on your travel profile and preferences, and chosen from our trusted contacts, reputable providers, and personal experience.
