INSPIRE
Using your input for your package of choice, I will research, review, enhance or design a trip customized to you with a variety of options. We will discuss and go through iterations as needed until we have something that feels just right and makes you excited!
ENGAGE
Once we have an itinerary in place, including any perks, I will book /reserve your hotels and activities and provide you with a detailed itinerary. Prior to departure, I will reconfirm your arrangements to make sure your trips is seamless.

Do you book flights?
I do not book flights directly, but I can suggest routes, airlines, and timing that align with your itinerary. I also provide guidance on when and how to book for best value and convenience.
What is included in your planning packages?
Each package includes a different level of research, recommendations, and booking support. You can choose from a 2-hour consultation to a full-service itinerary with hotel bookings, activity coordination, and travel prep.

Can you help with boutique hotels?

How far in advance should I reach out?
Ideally, 3–6 months before your travel dates. For peak seasons or complex itineraries, earlier is better. I occasionally take last-minute requests, depending on availability.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Planning fees are non-refundable once work begins. If your trip is postponed or canceled, I will do my best to adjust your itinerary or apply unused hours to a future trip.
